We rented the Modern Tree House for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was PERFECT! Everyone had a great time and we really enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and game room. Our experience with Stewart Mountain Lodging was wonderful. They were so helpful and accommodating. We stayed at Hillside Hideaway which was perfect for our family of 6 and very convenient for all we wanted to do. We could walk to the fabulous Hollow park area where the kids loved playing in the stream, ziplining and making smores; hiked to Stewart Falls; biked to Bridal Falls; and rented Kayaks at Deer Creek Island Resort. We couldn't have asked for a better long weekend.

The storybook cottage is exactly what it is promised to be! Like something right out of the shire, it is nestled into a Sundance mountainside with pines all around. The bridge over a babbling stream is completely enchanting...waking up in that cozy space, with the floors heated and a crackling fire was just what we needed to warm our hearts. Spent a wonderful week in the gorgeous A-Frame! Sometimes it's a little stressful trying a new vacation rental because you really don't know what you're going to get until you get there but from the moment you walk in you know Stewart Mountain Lodging rentals are different. Relaxing music is playing, everything is in perfect place and the kitchen is stocked with spices, tea, good pots & pans and literally everything you can think of. This cabin was so tidy, organized, well decorated and adorable! The subtle touches did not go unnoticed. The sauna, hot tub, views, solitude and responsiveness of SML team was amazing. Thanks for making us feel welcome and allowing us to extend extra days! We loved spending time with our college kids and family on this visit. We'll be back!
